Powder Coating

Is applied as a dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating

does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid form.

The coating is applied electro statically and is then cured under heat in a large oven to allow it to flow and form a “skin”.

The powder we use is a  thermoplastic  polymer.

It creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. and because no Solvent is required,

the finished coat is in general twice as thick as a conventional coat of paint however we do not imply that the coating is

superior to conventional paints and has no better rust protection properties  therefore we like many other powder coating

companies will not guarantee the coating against any rusting that may occure
