inspect the contents. if the driver will not wait you must sign for the delivery as Damaged if the Contents are found

to be damaged, tell the driver to take it back. if a signature is required you must sign for it as Damaged

We will then repair or replace the articles at our discretion and resend.

The couriers will accept no responsibility for any damage after the goods have been received and signed for in good condition.

Never sign for a parcel as "UNCHECKED"or "UNSEEN" to the courier this means in Good Condition

If you do not follow these instructions you may find that you will have to pay for them to be sent back to us,
